Young Researchers Team in the National Finals
A team of young researchers supported by scientists from the Leibniz Institute of Photonic Technology (IPHT) made it to the national finals in the category of physics. Max Bräuer, Konstantin Schwark, and Maurice Zeuner from the Zeiss High School in Jena modified optical fibers via Faraday rotation, thus achieving a higher data transmission rate.
