New Professorship Strengthens Cross-disciplinary Research
The head of the young researchers’ team, Dr. Ute Neugebauer, was appointed professor of physical chemistry with a concentration in clinical spectroscopic diagnostics at the chemical geoscientific department of the Friedrich Schiller University (FSU) of Jena today (April 1, 2016). This professorship is a joint appointment according to the Berlin model between FSU and IPHT. This professorship includes supervising the clinical spectroscopic diagnostics research group at IPHT.
