The AquaPAK network, which is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), is researching an innovative principle of optical measurement in the detection of oil contamination online. During the first half of the network’s project, fibers were developed for the optical sensor and then successfully tested on different PAK standards.
