Fetal magnetocardiograms are highly sensitive to interferences in unshielded environments, the measurements being realized indirectly. We aimed at removing repetitive deterministic interferences, applying the Wiener filter in the wavelet domain. An effective compression of data is performed using the Walsh-Hadamard Transform. Real fetal data has been analyzed, with promising results for the development of an automated diagnosis system.
