Mit einem spezifischen Konzept für die Behandlung intensivpflichtiger COVID-19-Patienten konnte in Thüringen die Mortalität dieser Patienten gesenkt werden. Zu dem Konzept gehört eine bevorzugte Behandlung in Level-1-Krankenhäusern und eine verbesserte Kommunikation der beteiligten Akteure.
