Women in Photonics 2027 – Connect, Inspire, Shape Your Career

From 23–27 May 2027, the international career workshop Women in Photonics in Jena brings together female PhD students and postdocs working in photonics and biophotonics. Participants can present their research, exchange ideas with leading scientists from academia and industry, explore career opportunities, and build valuable professional networks. Scientific talks, career workshops, networking events, and lab tours at Leibniz IPHT offer inspiration and new perspectives for the next steps in their careers.
