Expansion of the basic photolithographic infrastructure at the Leibniz IPHT
Runtime: 01.09.2021 - 30.06.2023
The project aims at bringing the photolithography of the Leibniz IPHT to the technological state of the art and thus to be able to excellently meet the ambitious scientific goals and contributions of the institute in the field of health technologies. It will enable microfabricated test platforms for chip-based detection methods in clinical studies for the implementation of results from basic research and will significantly contribute to strengthening the leading role of the Leibniz IPHT in the technological field of infrared sensor technology and spectroscopy.
The project, funded by the Free State of Thuringia under the number 2021 FGI 0020, is co-financed by funding from the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and REACT-EU.
