Professor James Vesenka

I am interested in high resolution atomic force microscopy of self-assembled  quadruplex DNA nanostructures.  I am on sabbatical leave from my home institution at the University of New England in Biddeford Maine where I teach introductory physics to life science students.  I hope to learn how to make DNA origami-nanoparticle structures during my time at IPHT-Jena and perhaps discover some new interesting physics using LSPR on these structures.
