Auto-calibration of a Lens-free Holographic Microscope With Microfluidic Chip for Medical Application

The lens-free inline holographic microscopy will be extended by the use of microfluidic chips with a total thickness up to 5.5 mm. The microfluidic chip contains an integrated pinhole mask and additional reference markers inside the channel. Blood cells are imaged with resolution corresponding to an NA of more than 0.5.
