Greetings! I am Shangjun Cheng, currently working within the realm of expansion microscopy and 2D polarization imaging, guided by the esteemed mentorship of Daniela and Rainer. In the past, I explored the fascinating intersections of biocompatible polymers, the intricate interaction between perovskite and water (doi: 10.1021/acs.jpclett.2c00166), and the captivating optical properties exhibited by these materials (doi: 10.1021/acs.cgd.2c00526).
I have "witnessed" the complexities and interactions of materials. The interdisciplinary nature of my research allowed me to draw insights from various fields, enriching my understanding and approach. In the future, I will be occupied in the field of biophotonics, using advanced imaging techniques to explore nature and find my philosophy of science. I am always ready for a scholarly conversation if you are interested in my research area.
